Position: Operations Lead – Home Interiors Department: Operations / Project Execution Experience: 3–6 Years Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead – Home Interiors who will be responsible for end-to-end execution of residential interior projects, from project handover/Kick-Off through installation, snag closure, and final handover. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple home interior projects and ensure execution as per committed timelines. Take complete ownership of projects after the Design-to-Operations handover. Conduct project Kick-Off and ensure scope, drawings, timelines, payments, and responsibilities are clearly aligned. Coordinate with Designers, Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Vendors, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Clients. Monitor modular production, material readiness, dispatch, installation, and site execution. Track project progress against the timeline committed to the client. Identify delays, risks, material shortages, design issues, and execution challenges and take corrective action on priority. Conduct regular site visits and monitor quality, workmanship, safety, and installation standards. Ensure timely resolution and closure of client snags. Maintain daily/weekly project updates and management reports. Ensure proper documentation of approvals, variations, site issues, and handover documents. Manage vendors and installation teams to ensure productivity and quality. Coordinate with the validation/QC team before production and installation. Ensure projects are completed within the approved scope, budget, quality standards, and committed timeline. Handle client escalations professionally and ensure timely communication. Lead and guide Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and execution teams. Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of home interior execution and modular furniture. Good understanding of modular kitchen, wardrobe, TV units, storage, false ceiling, electrical, painting, and other interior works. Strong project management and team-handling skills. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and project tracking tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines. Strong client and vendor management skills. Preferred Candidate Experience in a home interior, modular furniture, turnkey interior, or construction company. Experience handling multiple residential projects simultaneously. Experience managing site teams and vendors. Strong understanding of project timelines, production, dispatch, installation, snag closure, and final handover.
