Qualification
- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- MBA (Marketing) will be preferred
Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Candidates with experience in Valve / Actuator / Technical Industrial Product Sales will be preferred
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry for Domestic and Export markets is highly desirable
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong technical understanding of industrial products
- Knowledge of Application & System Engineering will be an added advantage
- Ability to develop strong customer relationships
- Experience in sales forecasting, MIS reporting, and market analysis
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets
- Identify new business opportunities and generate enquiries from industrial customers
- Handle complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order finalization
- Manage vendor registrations, customer approvals, quotations, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
- Support marketing activities for brand visibility and lead generation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer requirements
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely support
- Mentor and support junior team members whenever required
Additional Requirements
This position involves extensive field work and regular customer visits.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
