We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and professional experience while maintaining smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle visitor registrations and maintain visitor logs.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Administrative Support
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and office communications.
Office Coordination
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and common areas.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Handle complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in front office, administration, customer service, or a related role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹8,403.55 - ₹12,000.00 per month
