Jogger Footwear Group is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations, coordinate with dealers and internal teams, and ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team.
- Process customer and dealer orders accurately.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Dispatch for timely order execution.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and pending payments.
- Handle client inquiries professionally.
- Prepare sales reports, and MIS reports.
- Maintain customer records and sales documentation.
- Support sales promotions initiatives.
Requirements
- Any graduates.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Sales Support. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Tamil (Spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
