2. Expertise in Baby Food Powders, Complementary Foods, Dehydrated Products, and Food Powders
3. Thorough understanding of FSSAI regulations, standards, documentation, and compliance, especially for baby foods and dehydrated products
4. Ability to formulate, standardize, and optimize recipes
5. Knowledge of quality control, food safety, and shelf-life studies
