Position : Doctor Relationship Manager (DRM)
Location : Bangalore

*Position Summary :-*
The Doctor Relationship Manager (DRM) will be responsible for building, managing, and strengthening relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to drive patient referrals and enhance the hospital's brand presence. The role requires strong networking, communication, and business development skills to establish long-term partnerships and contribute to revenue growth.
*Key Responsibilities:-*
Doctor Engagement & Relationship Building :
* Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with referring doctors, consultants, clinics, and healthcare providers.
* Conduct regular visits to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare centers to strengthen partnerships.
* Act as the primary point of contact between Nature Hospital and the medical community.
* Ensure timely resolution of concerns raised by referring doctors and healthcare partners.
Business Development & Referral Management :
* Identify and onboard new referral doctors and healthcare networks.
* Drive patient referrals through continuous engagement and relationship management.
* Monitor referral trends and develop strategies to improve referral volumes.
* Maintain an updated database of doctors, clinics, and referral partners.
Brand Promotion & Outreach :
* Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, doctor meets, and awareness initiatives.
* Promote hospital services, specialties, fertility, maternity, and other clinical offerings.
* Represent the hospital at healthcare events, conferences, and networking forums.
Reporting & Analysis :
* Track referral performance and prepare periodic reports.
* Analyze referral data and identify opportunities for growth.
* Share market intelligence, competitor activities, and doctor feedback with management.
Internal Coordination :
* Coordinate with consultants, operations, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless experience for referred patients.
* Support patient conversion and follow-up processes when required.
*Qualification:-*
* Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
* Master's degree will be an added advantage.
*Experience:-*
* 3–8 years of experience in Hospital Marketing, Doctor Relations, Healthcare Business Development, or Referral Management.
* Experience in Fertility, Maternity, IVF, Multispecialty, or Healthcare Industry preferred.
* Required Skills :-*

* Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
* Ability to travel extensively within Bangalore.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per year
