Job title: Personal Assistant (PA) to Director
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant to the Director will provide executive, administrative, and personal support while ensuring smooth coordination of business activities, social media presence, events, and day-to-day operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in Excel and AI tools, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups. Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, and documentation. Research & Technology Support Conduct research on business and other assigned topics. Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and support decision-making. Maintain and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
Social Media, Branding & Event Management
Manage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to enhance the Director's professional presence and publicity. Create, coordinate, and monitor digital communications, including WhatsApp groups and attendee engagement. Coordinate with artists, musicians, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, and event partners. Book venues, manage contracts, and oversee event logistics and execution. Support branding, promotional campaigns, and event marketing initiatives to maximize reach and participation. Actively manage and grow the Director's YouTube presence by assisting in content planning, channel optimization, video uploads, audience engagement, performance tracking, and musical video editing to enhance content quality, increase reach, and improve viewer engagement
Personal & Operational Coordination
Assist with personal tasks, home-front coordination, and miscellaneous assignments. Monitor expenses, payment schedules, and basic records.
Skills Required
Excellent English communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AI tools. Knowledge of LinkedIn and social media management. Strong research, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
