Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Department: Supply Chain / Operations
Location: Greater Noida
Experience: 6–10 years (Manufacturing/FMCG/Food Industry preferred)
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
- Develop demand forecasts and production planning strategies.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Oversee warehouse operations, dispatch, and transportation activities.
- Analyze supply chain performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, stock accuracy, and lead time.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and company policies.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and implement contingency plans.
- Prepare MIS reports and present supply chain performance to management.
- Lead and develop the supply chain team.
