Anandi Hospital is looking for responsible, alert, and disciplined Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff, and hospital premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor entry and exit of patients, visitors, staff, and vehicles.
- Maintain security and discipline within the hospital premises.
- Conduct regular security rounds.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity or security concerns.
- Maintain visitor and security records.
- Assist patients and visitors with basic directions when required.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and inform hospital management when necessary.
- Follow all hospital security policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10th pass preferred.
- Security guard experience is an advantage, but freshers may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit, alert, and responsible.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Valid ID and required documents.
