As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. The position demands proactive management of project timelines and resources, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of application performance to meet organizational goals. The Application Lead also facilitates communication across departments to align technical solutions with business needs, ensuring that project objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Oversee the end-to-end application lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to enhance application performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
- Strong knowledge of report design and data integration techniques within business intelligence environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Ability to optimize report generation and improve data accuracy.
- Familiarity with database querying and data extraction methods relevant to business intelligence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application configuration.
