Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities for housekeeping, security, pest control, technicians, supervisors, and other facility management manpower requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates from field locations, conducting interviews, coordinating onboarding, and fulfilling client manpower requirements on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through field visits, job portals, references, and local networks
- Conduct walk-in interviews and initial screening
- Recruit housekeeping staff, technicians, supervisors, helpers, and operators
- Coordinate with operations team regarding manpower requirements
- Arrange documents for joining and onboarding process
- Handle employee follow-up and attendance coordination
- Visit client sites and labour locations for recruitment drives
- Maintain daily recruitment MIS and reports
- Coordinate joining formalities and ID card processing
- Follow up with candidates until deployment
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
