We are looking for an experienced Assistant Planning Manager to join our Planning & Project Controls team and play a key role in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling project execution across multiple developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project baselines, milestones, and Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays.
- Perform delay analysis and recommend recovery plans.
- Prepare weekly and monthly look-ahead schedules.
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, S-Curves, and project progress reports.
- Coordinate with Construction, Design, Procurement, Finance, Sales/CRM, PMCs, and Contractors.
- Review contractor schedules and integrate them into the master project programme.
- Support material planning, procurement schedules, and budget tracking.
- Ensure adherence to MahaRERA timelines and internal planning SOPs.
Required Qualifications:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- PG / Master's in Construction Management or Project Management (Preferred)
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Project Planning & Scheduling.
- Experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry is mandatory.
- Experience handling residential and high-rise projects is preferred.
