Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS / Azure / GCP
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Write and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, availability, cost, and security using tools like CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus
- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS / AKS / GKE)
- Implement and enforce cloud security best practices — IAM policies, network security groups, encryption, secrets management
- Drive cost optimization initiatives through resource rightsizing, reserved instances, and usage analysis
- Collaborate with developers to support cloud-native application architecture (microservices, serverless, event-driven)
- Perform cloud migrations — on-premises to cloud or cross-cloud
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery planning
- Maintain thorough documentation of infrastructure, runbooks, and architecture diagrams
- Mentor and upskill team members - conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, internal tech talks, and hands-on walkthroughs on cloud tools, best practices, and architecture patterns; act as a go-to resource for the team on cloud-related queries
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on cloud engineering experience
Cloud Certification (Mandatory at least one):
1. AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
2. Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
3. Associate Cloud Engineer (GCP)
