We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, managing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, invoices, quotations, and other business documents.
- Handle data entry with accuracy and maintain confidentiality.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, operations, and other departments.
- Process customer orders and follow up on pending requests.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Assist in inventory and stock record management, if applicable.
- Verify and process documents related to vendors, customers, and employees.
- Support management with administrative tasks and MIS reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain organized records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a back office or administrative role (Freshers with good computer skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM software is an added advantage.
- Good typing speed and data management skills.
