Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Catalog Manager to lead and manage our Catalog Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of catalog management processes while driving continuous improvements across Arnifi's service catalog.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update service catalog content, pricing, and package details.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of catalog information.
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams for updates.
- Conduct regular catalog audits and performance reviews.
- Support new service launches and content optimization initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Catalog Management, Content Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CMS platforms.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
