Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify franchise leads through various channels.
- Conduct franchise presentations and business opportunity discussions with prospective investors.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to franchise agreement closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective franchisees and business partners.
- Evaluate franchise prospects based on financial capability, business background, and market potential.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth franchise onboarding.
- Develop territory expansion plans and identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales pipeline reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Represent the company at franchise expos, business networking events, and industry conferences.
Required Skills
- Strong business development and franchise sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of franchise business models and expansion strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Strong market research and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or channel sales.
