About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be analytical, commercially aware, and capable of managing budgets to drive profitable growth.
Experience Required
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing
* Proven experience running ads on:
* Amazon Ads
* Flipkart Ads
* Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across marketplaces and quick commerce channels.
* Manage daily, weekly, and monthly ad budgets efficiently.
* Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
* Track key metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
* Generate performance reports and actionable insights.
* Coordinate with operations, catalog, and creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Drive sales growth while maintaining profitability targets.
* Monitor competitor activity and marketplace trends.
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of Amazon and Flipkart advertising platforms.
* Experience with Quick Commerce ad dashboards and promotions.
* Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
* Budget planning and forecasting.
* Business understanding and commercial thinking.
* Campaign management and optimization.
* Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with D2C brands, FMCG, personal care, food, or consumer brands.
* Understanding of inventory planning and marketplace operations.
* Familiarity with reporting and dashboard tools.
