- Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Participate in the development and refinement of operational procedures to improve service delivery.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with evolving technologies and industry best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with identity and access management concepts and tools related to cloud environments.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and address complex system problems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
