Embedded Software Test Lead / Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end embedded software testing lifecycle, including test planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across global teams.
- Lead manual and automated testing for embedded systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage across unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
- Define and implement regression testing, risk-based testing strategies, and defect prevention practices to ensure software quality.
- Apply Software FMEA, risk analysis, and quality management practices to deliver reliable, safe, and compliant embedded software.
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Project Leads, Architects, and cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor globally distributed engineering and testing teams, driving continuous improvement in software verification processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong experience in embedded software testing and test automation.
- Hands-on knowledge of Software FMEA, regression testing, and risk-based testing methodologies.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional engineering teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Software testing: 7 years (Preferred)
- Embedded software: 5 years (Preferred)
