- Sourcing: Proactively search for active and passive candidates using social media, professional networking platforms, and job boards.
- Screening: Review incoming resumes and application forms; conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Partner with department and hiring managers to write compelling job descriptions and understand specific role requirements.
- Coordination: Schedule and manage the interview process between candidates and the hiring team.
- Offers & Onboarding: Prepare and negotiate job offers, handle compensation discussions, and assist with new-hire orientation.
- System Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and metrics within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Core Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar HR/hiring role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tools: Proficiency with HR software, database management, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
