Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled CCTV Engineer to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, networking, and on-site installation. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems. Diagnose and resolve issues related to CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and networking. Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections. Configure remote viewing and network connectivity. Handle on-site visits for installation, servicing, and customer support. Maintain service reports and installation documentation. Coordinate with clients to ensure timely project completion. Requirements Diploma/ITI/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance. Basic knowledge of networking, IP cameras, routers, and switches. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel for field installations and service calls. Preferred Skills Knowledge of access control, biometric systems, and video door phones is an added advantage. Experience with brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, or similar.
