Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Role Summary
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) drives the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams. This role bridges technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background combined with proven project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, resource allocation, execution, and delivery
- Translate business requirements into technical project plans in collaboration with engineering leads
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, sprint plans, and roadmaps
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and technical blockers
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) where applicable
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, design, product)
- Track project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders
- Manage vendor/third-party technical integrations where relevant
- Ensure documentation of technical decisions, architecture changes, and project artifacts
- Drive post-project reviews/retrospectives to capture lessons learned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in technical project/program management
- Preferred technical exposure: MERN stack project.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello, etc.)
- Familiarity with technical concepts: APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification
- Prior hands-on experience as a developer/engineer
- Experience in [industry-specific, e.g., SaaS, fintech, healthcare tech]
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
