About the Internship
UXDLAB Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates for a React Native Developer Internship. This opportunity is suitable for freshers who want to develop their skills in mobile application development and gain practical exposure to a professional software development environment.
The internship provides an opportunity to work with the development team, contribute to projects, and build practical knowledge of React Native and related technologies.
Internship Structure
The internship is structured into two phases:
Phase 1: Months 1–3
- This is an unpaid learning and training phase.
- Candidates will receive practical exposure, mentorship, and hands-on learning opportunities.
- Candidates will work on assigned learning and development tasks under the guidance of the technical team.
Phase 2: Months 4–6
- Candidates who successfully complete Phase 1 and meet the required performance standards may continue into the second phase.
- Eligible candidates may receive a stipend of up to ₹5,000 per month, depending on performance and eligibility.
Post-Internship Opportunity
- Candidates who demonstrate strong performance during the internship may be considered for a PPO opportunity.
- The compensation for a PPO may be in the range of ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on skills, performance, and company requirements.
- A PPO is not guaranteed and will be offered based on the company's evaluation and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing mobile applications using React Native.
- Work with the development team on assigned application features and tasks.
- Implement user interfaces based on provided designs.
- Work with APIs and integrate application data.
- Identify and resolve basic application issues.
- Test application features and report bugs.
- Maintain clean and organized code.
- Participate in code reviews and development discussions.
- Learn and apply development practices followed by the team.
Eligibility & Skills
- Freshers and candidates with limited professional experience are welcome to apply.
- B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
- Knowledge of React.js is preferred.
- Basic understanding of React Native is preferred.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and Git/GitHub is an advantage.
- Good logical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a development team.
- Candidates must be available to work on-site from our Sector 62, Noida office.

Important Information
This is a 6-month internship program. The first 3 months are an unpaid learning and training phase. Candidates should review and understand the complete internship structure before applying.
