Hiring: Pre-Sales Executive (Real Estate Only)
Location: Besant Nagar, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for real estate project enquiries
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with Sales Team
- Maintain CRM data and ensure systematic follow-ups
- Convert digital marketing leads into qualified site visits
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–3 years of Real Estate Pre-Sales experience (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills in Tamil & English
- Good convincing and follow-up skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
