Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections using standard assessment parameters (e.g., a multi-point check sheet) to evaluate the engine, body, and interior.
- Valuation Pricing: Determine the fair market value of used cars by referencing internal pricing guides and current market trends.
- Documentation: Verify RTO documents, service records, and customer authenticity. Ensure all paperwork for purchasing and transferring ownership is complete.
- Customer Negotiation: Engage in transparent negotiations with sellers, clearly explaining the rationale behind the evaluated price.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the new car sales team to assist with vehicle exchange deals and guide technicians on refurbishment requirements.
Ideal Qualifications
- Education: Typically a diploma or degree in Automobile/Mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience in the motor mechanic field.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in an automobile dealership, specifically in used car sales or technical evaluation.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of automobile mechanics, excellent negotiation tactics, and strong customer relationship skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
