Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to oversee client servicing and claims coordination. You will serve as the primary link between customers, agents, and internal departments to ensure seamless claim processing and high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Servicing: Act as the main point of contact for resolving customer and agent queries regarding cashless and reimbursement claims within defined Turnaround Times (TAT).
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (Enrolment, Claims, Investigation, and Support) to facilitate smooth claim settlements and policy registrations.
- Claims Management: Track all incoming claims from registration to final settlement, providing timely status updates and explaining query/settlement letters to clients.
- Operational Support: Manage incoming communications from stakeholders and maintain meticulous records of customer queries to ensure 100% resolution.
- Workflow Optimization: Allocate new claims to the processing team and coordinate with the Pre-Auth team to ensure timely cashless authorizations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Management or CRM, preferably within the insurance or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of Cashless & Reimbursement claim processes.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex deductions and claim statuses to customers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict adherence to TAT.

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
