We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales Executives who can independently generate leads, identify potential clients, build relationships, conduct sales conversations, and manage the complete sales process until the deal is successfully closed.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate qualified leads through online and offline channels.
● Identify and approach potential clients who require digital marketing, website development, branding, AI automation, or related services.
● Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
● Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
● Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
● Negotiate pricing and service packages with clients as per company guidelines.
● Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
● Coordinate with management regarding client requirements and project discussions.
● After successful deal closure, hand over the client to the Company Owner/Management for project onboarding and execution.
● Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Performance Expectations
● Minimum target: 1 successfully closed deal per working day.
● Sales executives are encouraged to exceed targets.
● There is no upper limit on incentives, meaning higher performance results in higher earnings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Digital Marketing Sales.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
● Ability to generate leads independently.
● Confident in handling clients and conducting professional sales conversations.
● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
● Knowledge of Digital Marketing services is highly preferred.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
