Nature Valley is looking for a polite, responsible, and customer-focused Desk Attendant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests and visitors with their queries and requests.
- Maintain the desk area and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide information about the property and its facilities.
- Coordinate with relevant departments when required.
- Ensure excellent guest service at all times.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in Hospitality is an advantage.
