Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based small and medium-sized businesses
- Conduct structured conversations around business solutions
- Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up opportunities
- Handle objections using proven scripts and training
- Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates
- Work towards daily and monthly performance targets
