A Team Leader at Delhivery is a mid-level operations manager responsible for handling entire delivery center (DC) or last-mile operations, leading teams, and ensuring performance targets are achieved.
Compared to ATL, TL has more responsibility, bigger team, and full ownership of operations.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Operations Management
- Handle inbound, sorting, dispatch, and last-mile delivery
- Ensure smooth daily logistics workflow
- Monitor shipment flow and avoid delays
2. Team Management
- Lead delivery executives, loaders, supervisors, and ATL staff
- Manage:
- Attendance & shift planning
- Workforce allocation
- Handle team issues and improve productivity
3. Last-Mile Delivery Execution
- Ensure on-time deliveries and pickups
- Manage route planning and load optimization
- Handle failed deliveries and reattempts
4. Performance Monitoring (KPIs)
- Track key metrics like:
- TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Delivery success rate
- Productivity
- Misroutes / delays
- Take action to improve daily performance
5. Process & Quality Control
- Ensure zero shipment loss/damage
- Follow company SOPs and compliance rules
- Maintain service quality standards
6. Problem Solving & Escalations
- Handle:
- Customer issues
- Delivery failures
- Operational bottlenecks
- Resolve issues in real-time on the ground
7. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily reports and dashboards
- Coordinate with:
- Hub managers
- Customer support teams
- Vendors / transporters
- Use data for decision-making

Eligibility
- Education: Graduate (preferred)
- Experience:
- Typically 2–4+ years in logistics / operations
- Prior team handling experience is important
Salary (India – typical)
- ₹23,000 – ₹27,000/month (Team Leader level)
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
