- 1–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads (agency experience mandatory)
- Proven experience managing campaigns specifically for e-commerce/D2C brands (Shopify, WooCommerce experience is a plus)
- Experience managing a minimum ad spend of ₹1–5 lakh/month per account (adjust based on your typical client size)
- Responsible for plan, launch, and manage performance campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display) for e-commerce and D2C brands
- Set up and manage product catalogs, feeds, and Shopping campaigns (Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager)
- Build and optimize full-funnel campaign structures (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) to drive traffic, conversions, and repeat purchases
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to hit ROAS, CPA, and CAC targets
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure — Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, GA4, UTM structures
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights for clients or leadership
- Manage retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
- Coordinate with design/content teams for creative briefs based on ad performance learnings
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and e-commerce marketing trends
- Handle multiple client accounts/budgets simultaneously with strong attention to detail
