Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests professionally
- Manage reservations and the waiting list
- Escort guests to their tables
- Coordinate table allocation with the restaurant team
- Answer phone calls and handle reservation inquires
- Provide menu information when required
- Maintain the receiption and waiting area
- Coordinate with Captains, stewards, and kitchen staff for smooth service
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely, escalating when needed
- Thank guests and invite them to visit again
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
- Freshers or Candidates with 1-3 years of hospitality experience can apply
- Good communication in English and the local language
- Pleasant personality and grooming
- Customer service orientation
- Basic computer / POS knowledge
- Time management and team work
