QBay Careers is seeking a confident, target-driven, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage leads, conduct professional consultation sessions, and convert prospects into enrollments.
The candidate will handle both international and domestic clients through virtual meetings, understand their career goals, and promote suitable programs aligned with their aspirations while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional consultation sessions via Google Meet
- Understand client background, career goals, and requirements
- Present QBay Careers’ services, programs, and value proposition effectively
- Explain course structure, benefits, outcomes, and pricing details
- Handle objections and close sales confidently
- Follow up consistently with leads and ensure conversion into enrollments
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Career Counselling / Academic Counselling
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident in handling video-based client interactions
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
