Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines.
- Repair and maintain mechanical equipment, conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and pipelines.
- Attend machine breakdowns and resolve issues within minimum downtime.
- Carry out fitting, alignment, welding, cutting, and fabrication work as required.
- Inspect machinery regularly and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Ensure proper lubrication and maintenance schedules are followed.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines/equipment.
- Coordinate with production and electrical teams for smooth operations.
- Follow safety standards, GMP, and company maintenance procedures.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in maintenance area.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical maintenance and industrial fitting.
- Understanding of FMCG/food manufacturing machinery.
- Basic knowledge of pumps, compressors, conveyors, and utility equipment.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Team handling and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of safety practices in manufacturing plants.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
