Machani Group is offering an HR Intern / HR Research Analyst role, working directly with the HR Head on organisation-wide, future-of-work projects in the AI era. This is a high-exposure, in-office opportunity for students who want to build a career in the HR fraternity and believe that AI will build a better world by amplifying human potential, not replacing it.
● You will be embedded in strategic, organisation-level HR initiatives that are focused on future readiness, workforce capability building, and culture evolution.
● You will work closely with the HR Head, with your research directly informing decisions that impact careers, roles, and HR practices across multiple businesses.
● You will experience how a progressive, values-driven, multi-business group is preparing its people for the AI era, where humans and AI collaborate to solve meaningful problems.

● Research scope: Future of work, evolving HR roles, AI-enabled HR practices, skill shifts, and learning and development in an AI-augmented workplace.
● Nature of work: Literature review, benchmarking, synthesising insights, preparing concept notes, and supporting HR Head on select strategic projects and presentations.
● Exposure: Direct interaction with the HR leadership, visibility into CXO-level thinking on future readiness, and opportunities to contribute to pilots or frameworks that may be implemented across the group.
● Ideal candidate: MBA (HR) student who is curious about AI, passionate about human-centric workplaces, comfortable with research and writing, and motivated to explore how technology can help build more inclusive, empowering organisations.
This role is time bound however can be extended to full-time based on performance.
Education - MBA in Human Resources (compulsory)
