This internship is not a classroom. We will not walk you through every step. You will be given real problems, expected to think them through, and held to quality standards that reflect what clients actually need not just what training exercises require.

What You Will Do
- Own tasks end-to-end. Understand what you are building, why it exists, and who will use it before writing code
- Think before execution. Define goals, users, risks, and success criteria
- Test your work against real-world expectations, not just functionality
- Use AI tools to improve productivity, debugging, and output quality
- Work on live project components with increasing independence
- Raise problems early and communicate what you have already tried
- Continuously improve your technical foundation

Strong Signals We Look For
- Personal or academic projects built independently
- Exposure to web or application development beyond coursework
- Familiarity with Git or version control systems
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot in practical work
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and quality standards
Technical Foundation Expected
- Programming: C / C++ / Java / Python
- Web: HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- SQL and database basics
- Logical reasoning and data structures fundamentals
