Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital inquiries.
- Conduct gym tours and explain membership plans, offers, and fitness services.
- Convert inquiries into memberships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members.
- Handle membership renewals, upgrades, and customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team to ensure a seamless member experience.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
