Job Summary
Finix Labels is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle field sales activities, identify new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships in the assigned district.
Candidates with previous sales experience are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in field sales are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Identify and develop new customers through regular field visits
- Meet prospective and existing customers
- Generate new business opportunities within the assigned area
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Follow up on sales enquiries and customer requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments
- Maintain and submit regular sales activity reports
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in sales and customer interaction
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned district
- Personal vehicle preferred for local field travel
Eligibility
- Graduates preferred
- 2–3 years of sales experience preferred
- Freshers interested in building a career in field sales may also apply
- Candidates should be willing to work extensively in the assigned district
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and suitability
Additional Benefits: Performance-based incentives
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
