Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support projects
- Configure and optimize SF modules based on business requirements
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams for successful delivery
- Handle integrations, testing, data migration, and troubleshooting
- Prepare solution documents, reports, and user training materials
- Support global rollouts, enhancements, and release management
Preferred:
- SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred
- Experience in consulting/client-facing environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Immediate / Early joiners preferred
