- Accounting & Bookkeeping – Journal entries, ledger management, and account maintenance.
- GST & TDS Knowledge – GST reconciliation, return filing, and TDS compliance.
- Bank Reconciliation – Bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliation experience.
- MIS Reporting & Excel – Strong Excel skills and preparation of MIS/financial reports.
- Tally Prime / ERP Experience – Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and accounting software.
Mandatory: B.Com + Minimum 2 years of Accounts experience.
Preferred: Manufacturing, Solar, Renewable Energy, or EV industry background.
