Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role
We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with international clients across e-commerce and retail. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to own our campaigns end to end — from strategy and execution to analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content
- Manage customer segmentation, automation workflows, and drip sequences
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytics reports
- Improve email deliverability, open rates, CTR, and ROI
- Run A/B tests on subject lines and campaign elements for continuous optimisation
- Collaborate with design and content teams for campaign assets
- Maintain and grow customer databases and mailing lists
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on email marketing experience
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and customer engagement strategies
- Comfortable with campaign analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and content writing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketing is an added advantage
