About the Role:
We are looking for a creative Malayalam-speaking Content Writer who can consistently generate engaging and original content ideas for our marketing team. This role focuses on concept development.
The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, Malayalam audience preferences, and be able to suggest creative concepts that can be converted into videos, reels, posters, and advertisements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate creative content ideas for social media marketing.
- Prepare concepts for short videos, reels, posters, promotional campaigns, and advertisements.
- Write brief content outlines, hooks, captions, and script ideas in Malayalam.
- Research trending topics, festivals, viral content, and audience interests.
- Suggest campaign themes and promotional concepts for products.
- Submit ideas in the required format within the assigned timeline.
Daily Targets:
- 10 creative poster concepts per day.
- 5 short-form video/reel ideas per day.
- Each idea should include a brief explanation or caption suitable for the marketing team to execute.
Requirements:
- Native Malayalam speaker.
- Creative thinking with a good understanding of social media trends.
- Ability to write scripts.
- Strong written Malayalam skills.
- Ability to research and generate fresh, original ideas daily.
- Ability to meet fixed daily targets consistently.
- Freshers with excellent creativity are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and current digital content trends.
- Basic understanding of marketing and consumer psychology.
- Experience in copywriting or content ideation is an advantage.
Compensation:
- ₹5,000 per month
- Performance will be evaluated based on the quality, originality, and consistency of daily idea submissions.
Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
