Front Office Executive – KAMALA NIVAS
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Front Office Executive is responsible for handling all front desk activities, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
- Provide basic information about the company to clients and guests
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front office role (optional for entry-level)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
