Key Responsibilities Business Development • Identify and acquire new corporate clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling. • Develop and maintain a database of potential corporate customers. • Generate new business opportunities for corporate lunches, dinners, meetings, celebrations, and events. • Promote catering services, festive hampers, gift vouchers, and special corporate packages. • Build partnerships with nearby offices, business parks, hotels, and commercial establishments. Client Relationship Management • Build long-term relationships with existing corporate clients. • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable dining or event solutions. • Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize repeat business. • Ensure exceptional guest experience for all corporate bookings. • Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining professional relationships. Sales & Revenue Generation • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • Increase weekday corporate covers and event bookings. • Upsell premium dining experiences, private dining rooms, banquet packages, and special menus. • Identify opportunities during festivals and special occasions to drive corporate sales. Market Research • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns. • Identify new market opportunities within the assigned territory. • Share customer feedback and market insights with management. Coordination • Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, Reservations, Marketing, and Finance teams for seamless execution of corporate events. • Ensure all corporate bookings are communicated accurately. • Support event planning and execution when required. Reporting • Maintain daily sales activity reports. • Track leads, meetings, conversions, and revenue generated. • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports. • Maintain CRM records and client database. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Monthly sales revenue achieved • Number of new corporate accounts acquired • Repeat business percentage • Corporate event bookings • Bulk order revenue • Client retention rate • Lead-to-conversion ratio • Customer satisfaction Experience • 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Hospitality Sales, Restaurant Sales, Hotel Sales, or Business Development. • Experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
