Roles and Responsibilities
Role: The Front Desk Cum Admin Executive is responsible for implementing administrative tasks, coordinating facility needs, supporting office logistics, and ensuring timely supply of materials and services to support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage records of office supplies, stationary, and consumables.
- Maintain visitor entry records and coordinate meeting arrangements.
- Ensure cleanliness, minor repairs, and hygiene in office premises.
- Support documentation for licenses, renewals, vehicle papers, etc.
- Maintain inventory and issue records of administrative assets.
- Support travel bookings, courier handling, hotel reservations, and transport logistics.
- Liaise with vendors for supplies, services, and maintenance needs.
- Handle gate pass, employee ID issuance, and security coordination.
- Other Admin related work.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
