Webvizion is hiring an Freelancer & Upwork Bidder.
The role involves finding relevant IT projects (Web design & development, Logos and Graphic design, SEO, digital marketing) on Freelancer/Upwork and similar platforms, writing customized proposals, researching client requirements, and managing follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and shortlist relevant IT projects on Freelancer and Upwork
- Write and submit customized proposals
- Review client requirements and match them with company services
- Research client profiles, businesses, and project needs
- Follow up with prospects through Freelancer/Upwork, email, or LinkedIn
- Maintain proposal records and lead status sheets
- Coordinate with the internal team for scope and pricing inputs
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for proposal drafting and research
Requirements:
- Experience in Freelancer and Upwork bidding, online bidding, lead generation
- Good written English communication
- Basic understanding of websites, logos, graphic design, web apps, eCommerce, SEO and digital marketing.
- Ability to write clear and customized proposals
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented, and target-focused

Pay: ₹10,000 per month + Incentives
