Job Title - Inside Sales / Tele-sales Executive - Mobile Insurance, Extended Warranty, AMC (only Experienced Candidates Required)

We, Infinity Assurance Solutions specialize in Warranty Service Administration, Extended Warranty, Accidental Damage Protection and a wide range of service products under our own brand “InfyShield.”
Our offerings cover Mobile Phones, Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Kitchen Appliances, IT Equipment, Office Automation, AV Solutions, Classroom and Conference Room Technologies and more.
We are seeking dynamic and results driven Inside Sales / Tele-sales Executives to drive sales of Mobile Phone Accidental damage protection, Extended Warranty, AMCs etc. for Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored service solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
The Core Functions will include
1. Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls, emails and digital platforms to promote company’s services
2. Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate service packages.
3. Maintain and update customer records in CRM system
4. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Extended warranty, AMC, renewals and others
5. Make 80–120 calls daily to generate new sales
6. Convert leads to sales
7. Complete the sale with necessary documents collection, analysis and verification
8. Payment Collection and service contract dispatch through email / CRM
9. Deliver excellent customer experience to build trust and loyalty
Requirements:
· Senior Secondary or Bachelor’s degree
· 3–4 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales of same / similar service products
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Good in spoken and written Hindi & English
· Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
· Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
· A team player but work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
