Job Description – IELTS Trainer
Location - Thiruvalla
Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled IELTS Trainer with 1–2 years of teaching experience to join our institute in Thiruvalla. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of IELTS exam formats, and the ability to guide students toward achieving their desired band scores.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct IELTS classes: Deliver engaging lessons covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
- Assess student performance: Regularly evaluate progress through mock tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
- Curriculum development: Design lesson plans, practice materials, and strategies aligned with IELTS exam standards.
- Individual mentoring: Provide personalized guidance to help students overcome weaknesses and improve scores.
- Exam preparation strategies: Train students in time management, test-taking techniques, and confidence-building.
- Maintain records: Track attendance, performance, and progress reports for each student.
- Stay updated: Keep abreast of changes in IELTS exam patterns and incorporate them into teaching.
- Promote learning culture: Encourage discipline, motivation, and a positive classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
- Certification in IELTS is mandatory.
- Proven experience (1–2 years) in IELTS training or English language teaching.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
