Key Responsibilities
- Shift Operations: Manage safe, efficient, and continuous shift operations in a Dyes Intermediate manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with production targets and quality standards.
- Unit Operations: Oversee chemical reactions and unit processes such as hydrogenation, nitration, reduction, distillation, solvent recovery, and filtration.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) guidelines, including the proper handling of hazardous chemicals and utilization of PPE.
- Equipment Monitoring: Monitor the performance of reactors, centrifuges, dryers, boilers, and utility systems, coordinating immediately with the maintenance team for breakdown resolution.
- Team Leadership: Supervise plant operators and helpers, delegate shift tasks, conduct shift-handover meetings, and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate shift logs, production reports, batch manufacturing records (BMR), raw material consumption entries, and yield registers.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process deviations, quality issues, and utility fluctuations promptly to minimize downtime and prevent batch rejections.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
