Job Description
Tapasya Project is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Engineer to join our team for High-Rise Building Projects in Greater Noida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and verification of contractor/client bills.
- Quantity estimation and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation.
- Measurement and billing as per project progress.
- Coordination with project/site teams for billing-related activities.
- Preparation of rate analysis and quantity reconciliation.
- Maintaining billing records, reports, and documentation.
- Supporting project execution and handling multiple responsibilities as required.
Required Skills:
✔ Experience in High-Rise Building Projects.
✔ Good knowledge of Billing & Quantity Surveying.
✔ Strong understanding of BOQ Preparation and Analysis.
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD.
✔ Experience in Project Execution/Coordination.
✔ Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
✔ Good communication and reporting skills.
✔ Knowledge of MS Excel and other relevant software will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech/B.E. (Civil Engineering) OR
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
(Either qualification is mandatory.)
Experience:
- 1 to 3 Years relevant experience in Billing Engineering.
